Hotel Renovation Containment

Temporary Wall Systems Austin installed 54LFT of modular walls to contain the construction of a lobby bar. The business remained operational as usual and safe for hotel guests. TWS also installed a double door for materials at the construction entrance. They had the other side of the lobby temporarily contained with plastic sheeting and the hotel staff very much preferred our walls! They also wrapped a few of the panels with branding for the new bar, coming soon.
Healthcare Renovation Containment

This is one of Temporary Wall Systems of Austin’s ongoing, multiple-phase projects. The contractor had constructed a coroplast wall to contain two healthcare construction entrances and the hospital did not think it was secure enough. They requested they be replaced with our temporary walls for a more solid, efficient solution.
Laboratory & Office Space Modular Wall Installation
Location: Bee Cave, TX
Industry: Healthcare
This company wanted to separate its large work area into an area for desks and an area for a secure lab. They requested that Temporary Wall Systems Austin install clear panels for light and also so visitors and employees could see into the lab without having access via the two secure doors. Because they were just leasing the space they couldn't build anything structural and the property manager approved the installation of temporary walls for the remainder of their lease. The industrial ceiling required some creative bracing to keep the wall secure.

Kipp and Brooke Koeppel, the driving force behind Temporary Wall Systems Austin, bring a rich blend of experience and a strong local connection to their new venture. The Koeppel family has found Austin to be the perfect place to call home, with its unique charm, top-notch schools, and vibrant cultural scene.
Both alumni of the University of Alabama, their backgrounds include educational achievements, such as Brooke's Master's in Advertising and Public Relations, and Kipp's MBA in Business Management. Their careers have spanned industries including newspapers, advertising, banking, real estate, and home improvement services.
Kipp and Brooke successfully introduced “The Brothers that just do Gutters” franchise to Austin in 2021 and earned recognition as a "Best Place to Work" by the Austin Business Journal in 2022 and 2023.
