During lobby renovations at The Westin Austin Downtown, Temporary Wall Systems Austin installed 47 linear feet of hard wall containment with extension panels to reach the 11-foot 3-inch ceilings. The project was designed to help renovation work move forward while allowing hotel operations to continue in an active hospitality environment.
Because the check-in desks were relocated during construction, it was important to maintain a clean, professional separation between the work area and guest-facing spaces. Our containment helped support a safer, more organized renovation process while preserving the overall guest experience. To further enhance the appearance of the containment, The Westin partnered with SpeedPro Austin to add branded graphics, creating a polished look that aligned with the hotel environment.
This project is a strong example of how professional containment can support hospitality renovations without disrupting daily operations. In spaces where appearance and guest flow matter, a clean modular wall system helps facilities stay functional while improvements are underway.
