Meet The Owners: Steve and Lesley Roberts
Steve and Lesley Roberts are the proud owners of Temporary Wall Systems Baton Rouge - Lafayette. The Roberts are excited about providing an innovative product with excellent customer service that is built on authenticity and family values. By providing a new service in the construction industry that will disrupt the status quo in an emerging market, they seek to help businesses, hospitals, and schools across the region with their wall and containment needs. Through their Temporary Wall Systems' business, they also want to support the growing needs of the community to make a lasting impact by providing employment opportunities and contributing to local causes. The Roberts bring a wide array of skills to their business. Steve spent more than 20 years in manufacturing holding a variety of roles, while Lesley spent more than two decades working in local utilities. Lesley also was a partner in a business that made biblical conversations a part of family’s daily routine with durable, kid-friendly placemats. Steve and Lesley both have extensive knowledge of continuous improvement methods and have implemented them throughout our careers. They'll pair their extensive backgrounds in engineering, project management, communication, sales and marketing to deliver world-class service and product to their clients. Steve, originally from Lancaster, PA, graduated from Grove City College and holds an MBA from Texas A&M-Texarkana. Lesley is from Lafayette, LA, and earned an undergraduate degree in Business & Information Technology from Macon State College (now Middle Georgia State University), and an MBA from Georgia College & State University. The couple has two children, ages eight and seven, and has lived in Madisonville for the past six years.
