Restaurant Renovation Containment
Location: Frisco, TX
Industry: Retail & Malls
This two-phase renovation project for a restaurant in Frisco, TX, was designed to update the space while keeping operations running smoothly. Temporary Wall Systems of Dallas devised a temporary, movable containment system to isolate construction areas and minimize disruption to guests and staff. In Phase 2, the restaurant’s wall was shifted one foot to accommodate new flooring. Throughout both phases, the goal was to complete essential updates with minimal impact on the dining experience, ensuring the restaurant remained fully operational during construction.
Healthcare Renovation Construction Containment
Location: McKinney, TX
Industry: Healthcare
Temporary Wall Systems’ ICRA IV-rated wall panels effectively contained dust, noise, and debris during the renovation of the Operating Rooms, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and MRI unit at Baylor Hospital in McKinney. It ensured that the hospital’s critical operations continued smoothly. The sliding door was especially useful in this project where a hinge door could not be installed due to limited hallway space. This solution upheld the hospital's high standards of care and maintained a safe, clean environment for both patients and staff.
Airport Construction Containment
Location: Dallas, TX
Industry: Airports & Public Transportations
DFW Airport is undergoing an elevator replacement project in the car rental facility to improve accessibility and modernize its facilities. Maintaining a safe, functional environment for passengers was paramount. To minimize disruption, TWS of North Dallas installed temporary wall panels around the construction zones. They not only provided a safe barrier to contain the work area but also helped to maintain the flow of foot traffic throughout the busy airport space. The installation of the temporary walls is a prime example of how careful planning and innovative solutions can keep essential upgrades on track.
