Custom ICRA Containment for an Active Hospital Corridor

Jacksonville, FL Healthcare

Effective ICRA containment is not always a one-size-fits-all installation. For this project, Temporary Wall Systems Northeast Florida designed and field-fitted a fully customized ICRA containment barrier within a heavily traveled hospital corridor.

The containment had to be carefully adapted around existing handrails, a medical gas panel, and several irregular building conditions. Clear ICRA panels were strategically incorporated to keep the medical gas panel visible, while custom infill and coroplast closed gaps where standard panels could not provide a complete fit.

The system also included a 32-inch access door and an exhaust panel. To preserve the integrity of the ICRA enclosure, the entire containment system was sealed at the floor, walls, ceiling, seams, and transitions.
