Temporary Wall Systems was honored to support the restoration of the iconic Lightner Museum, a treasured historic landmark in St. Augustine. Our professional containment solution enabled safe and clean work zones during the replacement of outdated 1970s-era window frames with traditional wood framing—restoring the museum’s architectural authenticity and original charm. This project presented several logistical challenges: sweltering summer heat, a compact service elevator, and strict no-cart access once inside. Each wall panel had to be carefully loaded, delicately transported through tight spaces, and hand-carried to the installation site. Thanks to detailed planning, tight teamwork, and a lot of determination, our crew completed the installation ahead of schedule—preserving both the museum’s operations and its historic integrity.
