When an international airport cannot afford to have any downtime, they enlisted the experts at Temporary Wall Systems Richmond and Hampton Roads. The task? A containment installation at Richmond International Airport.
The project required maintaining full operations in Concourse A during renovations, with minimal inconvenience to travelers and airport staff - zero dust, minimal construction noise, construction site security, and zero disruption. Using our Temporary Wall Systems Shield Walls, we set up three fully enclosed, clean containment areas, which helped the GC as well as Airport Security & Staff meet all safety and security requirements. We also made sure that anyone looking for alternative restrooms had clear, wayfinding communication.
The TWS team led professionalism, attention to detail, and service. During the project, there were several times when the TWS climbed off their ladders to walk with travelers, helping them find their way to other bathrooms or their gate.
