Temporary Wall Systems Savannah installed modular hard wall containment to support the ongoing renovation of the Day Surgery patient check-in and waiting area at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. Because the project is taking place within an active healthcare environment, the containment strategy was designed to protect patients, visitors, and staff while allowing day surgery operations to continue safely throughout construction.
The installation included three separate containment zones with negative air monitoring. TWS constructed an anteroom at the primary entrance to help control airflow and support safe entry into the construction area. Additional modular hard walls were installed to close off a secondary entrance and fully isolate access to the day surgery and recovery areas. Secure door systems provided controlled access for construction personnel while maintaining separation between occupied clinical spaces and active work zones.
