Temporary Wall Systems Spokane installed a custom floor-to-deck modular hard wall containment system for the Heritage Health Clinic expansion. With the healthcare facility remaining fully operational throughout construction, the project required a durable containment solution capable of separating active construction from patient care areas while maintaining a safe and professional environment for staff and visitors.
The containment wall extended approximately 19 feet to the structural roof deck, requiring a custom stabilization system using structural steel strut and a scissor lift for installation. Because the wall was freestanding, additional structural reinforcement ensured long-term stability throughout the 90-day construction schedule. To maintain life safety and egress requirements, the system also incorporated an emergency exit door equipped with a push bar (crash bar), allowing healthcare staff and patients to exit safely when needed.
