Temporary Wall Systems Spokane installed modular hard wall containment to support lobby and HVAC renovations at Alderwood Manor Assisted Living. Located in one of the community's busiest common areas, the project required construction to take place while residents, staff, and visitors continued using the facility. Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment throughout the renovation was a primary project objective.
TWS installed a fully enclosed modular hard wall containment system with secure access doors to isolate the active construction zone from the occupied portions of the building. The durable containment created a defined work area that helped contain dust and construction debris while reducing the impact of noise generated by demolition and renovation activities.
