Temporary Wall Systems Spokane provided temporary containment for a multiphase lobby and restroom renovation at Boswell Hall on the North Idaho College campus. As an active arts and entertainment venue, Boswell Hall needed to remain accessible during the start of the 2026 fall semester and a full schedule of campus events.
The modular wall system created a clean, professional separation between the construction areas and the students, staff, and event attendees using the building. The installation was configured around the existing lobby layout and included enclosed work areas, overhead sealing, and integrated access doors.
By isolating the renovation from occupied areas, the containment allowed construction to progress while minimizing disruption to campus activity. The modular system can also be reconfigured as the project moves through its planned phases.
