Temporary Wall Systems Spokane provided 80 linear feet of temporary hard wall containment for a multiphase U.S. Bank lobby remodel.
In Phase 1, the containment allowed the bank to remain open while one section of the lobby was under construction. In Phase 2, the newly completed lobby area was opened for walk-in and drive-through customers while renovation work continued in the remaining space.
During the project, the contractor encountered unmarked utilities while cutting concrete and needed a portion of the containment adjusted to complete the repair. Because of the modular wall system, TWS Spokane was able to alter the installed wall without requiring a full rebuild, helping the project continue with minimal disruption.
