Temporary Wall Systems installed containment inside an active supplements manufacturing plant where renovation work needed to take place while production continued.
The project required separating the sterile production area from the construction zone. The request came with 72 hours’ notice.
Over a long weekend, the team installed modular hard wall panels up to 10 feet tall. Above that, plastic containment was secured to close the remaining open space. Because the facility operated under positive air pressure, additional fastening methods were used to keep the upper containment in place.
The installation created a defined work area and allowed manufacturing to continue during renovation.
