Temporary Wall Systems Oklahoma installed modular hard wall containment for a healthcare tenant improvement project on the occupied second floor of a prominent Oklahoma City office tower. The renovation took place immediately adjacent to active tenant spaces, requiring construction to proceed while businesses continued normal operations throughout the building.
To safely separate the construction area from occupied spaces, TWS installed a fully enclosed temporary construction wall system with a secure access door. The installation was completed after normal business hours, allowing the containment to be fully operational before occupants returned the following day.
