Temporary Wall Systems Puget Sound partnered with Skagit Valley Hospital to create a temporary containment solution that allowed food service operations to continue while renovations were completed in the hospital's main kitchen. To support operational continuity, a portion of the cafeteria was converted into a temporary kitchen and storage area, requiring a clean, secure, and professional containment system within an occupied healthcare environment.
The TWS team installed approximately 75 linear feet of freestanding modular hard wall containment, including corner bracing, support systems, sandbag ballasting, sealed wall connections, and detailed tape finishing. Because the system required no permanent attachment points, installation was completed quickly while preserving the existing facility. The containment created a clearly defined workspace that separated renovation activities from active hospital operations and helped control dust migration throughout the project.
