Temporary Wall Systems Salt Lake City provided modular hard wall containment for a hospital café kitchen renovation in Delta, Utah. The project required approximately 71 linear feet of containment and remained in place for approximately 60 days while renovation activities were completed within an occupied healthcare environment.
Prior to construction, asbestos was identified during testing, creating additional containment requirements beyond a standard renovation project. TWS installed a modular hard wall barrier and extended the containment to the structural deck using fire-rated plastic. The installation required detailed sealing around existing utilities, including electrical conduits, piping, and other penetrations, helping create a continuous containment envelope around the work area.
