Bill Coats is the proud owner of a Temporary Wall Systems (TWS) franchise, combining nearly 20 years of leadership experience in the financial technology sector with a passion for entrepreneurship. After working in the consumer banking and digital payments industries, Bill sought a business that offered innovation, hands-on work, and relationship-building. TWS provided the perfect fit, and he is excited to apply his leadership skills and customer-focused approach to this new venture.
Bill’s business serves the local community by offering high-quality temporary wall containment solutions for general contractors, facility managers, and healthcare facilities across the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. TWS's services are particularly vital in healthcare settings, where protecting critical areas such as NICUs, ERs, and operating rooms from airborne pathogens is essential during renovations. By providing reliable barriers for occupied spaces, Bill’s company helps maintain safety and health standards while creating local jobs and supporting industries like education, retail, and laboratories.
A Southern California resident for over 25 years, Bill has deep ties to the San Gabriel Valley, where he lives with his wife, Janel, and their three sons. Bill is active in professional organizations such as IFMA, CMAA, and ABC, and looks forward to contributing to the community while growing his business. He loves the area's diversity, natural beauty, and the opportunities it offers for both personal and professional fulfillment.
F.A.Q.
Drywall is a type of temporary wall solution, but it’s not the same as our modular walls. Drywall is made of gypsum (calcium sulfate dihydrate), paper, and additives such as mica, clay, and resin. Our modular walls are made of a combination of aluminum, urethane foam and galvanized steel to deliver an airtight containment solution. If you’re looking for a clean, easy-to-install option that won’t disrupt business from carrying on as usual during renovation projects, Temporary Wall Systems is the superior choice.
Yes! Our modular walls are designed to adapt to any space and can include doors. We also offer custom-branded wraps if you want to use the wall space to communicate with the public or advertise the changes on the way for your business. If you want to know more about our custom modular wall solutions, get in touch with us.
While they aren’t completely soundproof, our modular walls are designed with a urethane form core to dampen construction noise. That means they are good for projects in office spaces, schools, retail and hospitality spaces that may be negatively impacted by construction noise.
Since they are reusable, our modular walls are considered more environmentally friendly than drywall. They can be reconfigured to adapt to the different stages of your project, which means there will be much less waste and clean-up to deal with at the end of your project.
