Over his career, he has successfully started and continues to operate his own construction business. As a former general contractor and Union carpenter, Rick brings hands-on industry experience and a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. These experiences have shaped his strong work ethic, accountability, and ability to build lasting relationships while delivering meaningful results. Outside of work, Rick is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing and values time with family as a husband and father of three sons. Integrity is at the core of everything Rick does, guiding his commitment to building strong, lasting partnerships grounded in reliability, respect, and excellence.

John Buyse is the Vice President of Market Development for Temporary Wall Systems Twin Cities, where he is passionate about helping construction companies successfully complete projects in healthcare facilities, transportation hubs, commercial buildings, laboratories, clean rooms, manufacturing facilities, casinos, and other occupied environments with safe, full-service temporary containment solutions. John has built his career by putting himself in his customers' shoes, understanding their challenges, and delivering solutions that make their jobs easier. Outside of work, John enjoys making the most of every season. You'll often find him snowmobiling through northern trails in the winter, downhill skiing with family and friends, spending summer days on the lake, golfing, or playing pickleball.
