Peace Health Urgent Care

Location: Eugene, Oregon

Industry: Healthcare

Our team has completed three phases of a five-phase temporary wall installation project for Peace Health's Urgent Care remodel in the University District of Downtown Eugene. Bridgeway Contracting has been a tremendous partner and we're grateful to be able to handle their containment needs. So far, this job has featured over 100 linear feet of wall panels, including multiple sliding and swing doors, as well as a state-of-the-art scrubber for negative pressure in the construction area. Our wall system has successfully contained debris and noise in the construction area from the patient waiting areas, exam rooms, and heavily-trafficked hallways that the doctors and nurses use.

FAQs about Temporary Wall Systems

Our modular walls have three layers: a lightweight aluminum face designed to blend in to provide a clean-looking facade, a 1.5-inch thick urethane foam core to reduce noise and a galvanized steel back for durability.

The cost of your Temporary Wall System will depend on the size and duration of your project. Since the walls are reusable, it’s often more cost-effective than drywall for large projects with lots of phases that require walls to be reconfigured. We’ll work with you to determine your business and project needs and come up with a plan that fits your budget. To start the quote process, get in touch with us.

The durability of our temporary walls makes them perfect for projects that involve demolition and construction waste. More recently, our modular walls have been used in hospital, healthcare, lab settings, airports, offices, malls, schools and more to create temporary rooms and research areas. They are constructed to exceed ICRA Class V infection control standards which helps minimize patient exposure to dangerous pathogens, microbes, air pollution, and construction debris.

With plenty of configuration options, our portable walls can adapt to projects of all sizes, both indoors and outdoors. If you want to chat about the specifics of your project, get in touch with us.

Since they are reusable, our modular walls are considered more environmentally friendly than drywall. They can be reconfigured to adapt to the different stages of your project, which means there will be much less waste and clean-up to deal with at the end of your project.

The TWS team will consult, deliver, install, and remove our temporary walls at the convenience of our clients. We pride ourselves on being a turn-key service in the rentable containment wall industry.
