Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 01/22/2026

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions that apply to use of this website and/or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy, including our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not you register to use the Services.

Temporary Wall Systems, HomeFront Brands, and their affiliates (including DDL Investments, Inc. and companies with common ownership for whom it provides services), and each of our and their subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, suppliers, and licensors, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, “Temporary Wall Systems,” “HomeFront Brands,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you. We understand you are concerned about your privacy, and we want to maintain your trust.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from all sources, including in connection with our website, digital products, electronic newsletters, social media accounts, and/or related tools and widgets (collectively, the “Services”) that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Policy describes how we collect and use users’ Personal Information. It also describes generally our practices for handling Other Information (for example, demographics and service usage) collected through the Services or from third parties, to the extent such information is associated with a particular device, user, or user account. As described below, we may share information with our affiliated companies (“Affiliates”) for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

By using the Services or by providing Personal Information to us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You may choose not to submit requested information online, but that may limit the Services we are able to provide to you.

The Services are not targeted to, and do not knowingly collect Personal Information from, individuals under 18 years of age. We request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Services.

1) Information We Collect

Personal Information

“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable person, such as name, postal address (including billing and shipping addresses), telephone number, email address, credit or debit card number, or profile picture.

Personal Information From You

We collect Personal Information when you, for example, request information, submit a form, register for or subscribe to certain products or services, create a profile, take a survey, use our Services, participate in a community forum, or contact Customer Service or otherwise contact us (including by email).

Personal Information We Receive From Third Parties

We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties, such as social media services, commercially available sources, affiliates, business partners, and, if applicable, the third-party provider of your subscription. The Personal Information we receive from third parties may include, for example, your name, contact information, transaction information, purchase history, relationships with various providers, and your use of certain applications.

Quality Assurance (Optional Recording)

To help ensure consistent service quality, training, and customer support, we (or our franchisees and service providers) may document or record certain customer interactions (for example, customer service calls, online chats, or, in limited cases, on-site service documentation), where permitted by law and with any required notices or consents.

Payment Processing

In some cases, we may use an unaffiliated payment service to allow you to purchase a product or make payments (“Payment Service”). If you wish to purchase a product or make a payment, you may be directed to a Payment Service webpage. Any information you provide to a Payment Service will be subject to the applicable Payment Service’s privacy policy rather than this Privacy Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any Payment Service’s use of information collected through its services.

If you access the Services from a mobile device, we may collect a device identifier (“UDID”), geolocation data (where enabled), and other transactional information.

We and our service providers may use cookies and other tracking technologies (such as browser cookies, pixels, beacons, and similar technologies) when you visit or use the Services. Third parties that support the Services (for example, analytics and advertising partners) may also use these technologies to collect Other Information on the Services.

Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can change your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or updated, or to block cookies altogether. Please consult the “Help” section of your browser for more information.
