Why We Joined the NASRCC

This commitment to the NASRCC (formerly the New England Regional Council of Carpenters) has been in OUR best interest as well as those of our vendor partners. Many of our contractors’ projects require a Union labor force… and we are eager to expand on these great partnerships, gain additional exposure to new projects, and continue growing in 2020.

The Carpenters Union provides us with advantages such as access to skilled workers, exceptional benefits for our employees, and a higher standard of working conditions for all their carpenters. We also receive important up-to-date training in the constantly evolving field of carpentry as well as the construction industry overall.

In addition to continuously training and educating, the Union encourages members to work harder, learn new skills, and stand up for what they believe in. These traits fostered by the Union help create a path to a strong work ethic and will put us in a position to meet and exceed the high expectations of our partners as well as their end clients.
