Temporary Wall Systems West Portland provided TWS Core modular containment system that enabled fast-track renovation of the Cascade Club food-service area on the Moda Center’s club level. Downtime was not an option as upcoming events that month includedconcerts featuring Benson Boone, Stevie Nicks, Lorde, and more. The rigid containment created a fully secured renovation zone while keeping the entire club level open, safe, and visually pristine for every event—no closures, no visible construction, zero impact to guests or performers.
Key outcomes made possible by the containment solution:
- Allowed demolition, lighting upgrades, finish work, and new seating areas to proceed without disrupting events
- Maintained luxury aesthetics and full fire/life-safety compliance throughout the 30-day concert run
- Delivered a fully operational, transformed Cascade Club in time for the Portland Trail Blazers home opener
All traces of renovation were gone before tip-off. The upgraded Cascade Club looks great, and venue management is excited for the next renovation phases.
